Charges process automatically each month. - Annual billing is available on all three plans. - Annual pricing does not discount the subscription rate. - Annual plans include the onboarding package free (a $1,250–$6,000 value depending on plan). - Monthly plans require onboarding to be purchased separately. - Cancellation: 30 days written notice by email to Success@Venntive.com. --- ## Onboarding Packages Onboarding is required on all plans. Every package is fixed-scope with pre-approved deliverables. ### Lift Off (Launch plan) - **Price:** $1,250 (included free on annual Launch plan) - **Includes:** Instance setup, 1 pipeline, core fields, contact import (up to 1,000 post-clean contacts), Kickoff call (30 min), Go Live Training call (30–45 min) ### Quick Start (Grow plan) - **Price:** $3,000 (included free on annual Grow plan) - **Includes:** Instance setup, 1 pipeline, core fields, contact import (up to 7,500 post-clean contacts), Kickoff call (30–45 min), Go Live Training call (45–60 min) ### Clean Start (Scale plan) - **Price:** $6,000 (included free on annual Scale plan) - **Includes:** Instance setup, 1 pipeline, core fields, contact import (up to 20,000 post-clean contacts), open opportunities only, basic sequences, basic reporting, Kickoff call (30–45 min), Go Live Training call (45–60 min) **Additional hours:** $250/hour, pre-approved. Scope check at approximately 80% of package hours. **Not included in any onboarding package:** Data cleanup, custom objects, closed-won/lost opportunity history, complex routing, historical activity backfill. Available as professional services at $250/hour. --- ## Professional Services Beyond onboarding, Venntive offers professional services at $250/hour, pre-approved and scoped before work begins. Available services include: list cleanup, data hygiene, deliverability troubleshooting, additional training, campaign strategy and management, workflow and automation builds, reporting and analytics setup, additional contact imports, custom objects and advanced configuration. Unsubscribed, hard-bounced, and suppression list contacts are not active contacts and are not billed. **Seat:** A named user login with individual credentials. Account owner controls permissions per user. **Bug vs. billable:** A bug is anything that does not function as documented in Venntive — fixed at no charge.
